The book has also seen an increase in new categories.
New categories such as ecommerce, digital marketing and digital marketing management have been added to the online guide.
The book also contains information on a number of other new online marketing services such as social media, digital branding, online gaming and other emerging services.
The sport bible says there are also new online categories in the sports and lifestyle section, with the list of new categories now at over 60.
The guide, launched in 2017, has also been updated to reflect the rise in online marketing activity.
It says the industry has grown rapidly, and there are now over 30,000 online marketers worldwide.
